Negotiator / Administrator
Your role
- Acquisition and professional account management of clients and properties
- Property evaluation and presentation
- Creation of professional sales documents
- Property visits
- Negotiation of sales contracts and/or leases up to legal closure of the sales process
Your profile
- Prior sales experience, ideally in property
- People skills, excellent presentation and negotiating skills
- Excellent organisational and communications skills
- Effective, autonomous and results-oriented way of working
- Entrepreneurial thinking and actions
- Good geographical knowledge of the region
- Experience with Office applications
- Good level of English
